Mexican designer Rolando Santana debuted his Spring/Summer 2013 on Monday, September 10th. A muted palette, accompanied by metallics and subtle textures evoked fashion week’s popular seaside theme. Standouts included a long, emerald green gown and a bold (albeit, slightly impractical) feather blouse.
