Tag, you’re it. Or this is it, should we say. This being The Black Tag: a clothing store with personality to spare located in New York City, in the heart of NoLita on Mulberry Street. We took a tour of this happenin’ retail haven, and we think you should too. Here’s the deets:

What you look for in a brand when merchandising? I would look for a brand that inspires me to keep creating.

Who is your customer? Anyone with a sense of humor.

Any advice for new designers to stand out to store buyers/owners? The only original thing is you, so if you’re not yourself don’t waste anyone’s time.
