I started blogging a couple years back while I was living in Australia and going through a bit of an existential crisis. I needed a creative outlet of sorts, and making a blog was the quickest and easiest thing I could think of. I didn’t really know myself when I started blogging, but because of it, I’ve really come to terms with who I am, what I’m into, and what I want to put into the world.

I think what sets Disarming Darling apart is that I really do march to the beat of my own drum. I don’t read fashion magazines, I don’t “keep up” with whatever is current… I’m just in my own organically created world. I post a lot of music videos and want to start branching out into spotlighting some of my really talented friends, as well continuing to speak out on animal rights and other issues I’m passionate about. I want my blog to be a very cohesive and obtainable lifestyle shown through the eyes of a girl who’s built it from the ground up.
